Denver Tech Center is Colorado's suburban corporate hub — full-service hotels with conference facilities, competitive mid-week rates, and easy access to the Denver Tech Center business corridor and I-25.
DTC hotels are built for business travel: larger rooms, strong loyalty-program footprint, and rates that soften considerably on weekends when the corporate demand evaporates. If your Denver trip is work-related or you need conference space, DTC offers the best infrastructure. For leisure travel, downtown or Cherry Creek have more neighborhood character.

DTC rates follow a classic business-travel pattern: mid-week occupancy is high, weekends soften. If your dates are flexible, weekend stays here often represent the best value in the Denver metro.

Denver Tech Center has five tracked full-service hotels: Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center (anchor property with large conference facilities, $199), Embassy Suites Denver Tech Center (all-suite format with free breakfast, $189), Denver Marriott Tech Center (reliable full-service property with fitness and pool, $185), DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Tech Center (warm-cookie brand with solid amenities, $175), and the Hilton Denver Inverness (golf resort feel on the southern edge of DTC, $195).
DTC is a practical choice for business travel but is less compelling for leisure visitors. It's 15–20 miles from downtown Denver, with limited walkable dining and nightlife. For a leisure trip, downtown, Cherry Creek, or LoDo offer more neighborhood character. For corporate travel or access to the Tech Center business corridor, DTC has the best hotel infrastructure in the metro.
DTC rates follow a business-travel pattern: mid-week occupancy is high, weekend rates soften significantly. The clearest value windows are Friday–Sunday stays, especially outside the summer travel peak. If your dates are flexible, weekend DTC rates are often the lowest full-service hotel prices in the Denver metro.
Denver Tech Center sits about 15 miles south of downtown Denver (25–30 minutes by car on I-25). Denver International Airport is approximately 35 miles northeast — about 40 minutes without traffic. There's no direct light-rail connection from DTC to the airport; the RTD light rail connects DTC to downtown via the C/D lines, from which you can transfer to the A Line to DIA.
