NFR is 10 nights at Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus — not a Strip-campus convention. The 2026 dates are December 3–12 (visitlasvegas.com / nfrexperience.com, checked August 17, 2026). South Strip is the closest practical hotel cluster. Cowboy Christmas runs the same 10 days at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Ten nights, one arena commute
Thomas & Mack is east of the South Strip on the UNLV campus. You will rideshare or take a hotel shuttle every evening. MGM Grand, New York-New York, Park MGM, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur are the strongest TripSignal-tracked bases. MGM properties often run NFR Express — confirm the current-year route before you count on it.
Book the nights you actually hold tickets, plus a buffer. Full-series travelers check in December 3 and out December 13. The first nights compete with AWS re:Invent for rooms.
